Next Deep Dive Starts January 9, 2025 at 6-7:30 PM CST

Has something happened in your life causing you to be angry and resentful?

Do you feel the stress and strain of holding onto unresolved grudges and seeking revenge?

Have you considered the impact these judgments have on your life, your overall health and on your relationships?

Have you considered how your life might change if you could release and transform these grudges and live your best life with purpose?

I’ve found that most of us long to move beyond the pain that emerges from deep-felt hurt and trauma.

I can assure you there’s a path and process in which you can experience that release and healing. It’s called forgiveness.

We may think that to forgive is to forget.

However, to forgive is to transform your pain into something more meaningful. Forgiveness is for you! It has nothing to do with the other person.

Forgiveness is to remember.

It’s your opportunity to choose a new beginning.

When we give voice to our pain, we begin to transform it.

Imagine being free, letting go, healing, and living your best life—released from the grip of the past.

Travel your path, find purpose and live your best life.

About Me

Hello, I'm Louisa. I help people release resentment and find peace with their past. Through empathy and non-judgment, I guide you on a personal journey of forgiveness, allowing you to reconnect with joy and healing.

With over 30 years of working with families in conflict, I’ve learned that forgiveness is about making the choice to move forward.

Let’s take that first step toward your best life together.

Don't just take my word for it...

Discover the impact of embracing forgiveness through the words of those who have taken this journey with me. My clients share stories of transformation, resilience, and newfound peace as they learned to release resentment and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Here’s how working together has helped them find freedom, clarity, and inner peace.

I’m so thankful for your dedication to the many aspects of forgiveness and your outreach to me for another opportunity to open and grow.
I’m also in awe of you, the experiences you have chosen (and the ones that chose you!) And I am so impressed with your leadership styles. Your abilities to draw everyone into discussion and keep the group focused are amazing. It’s as if you were a symphony conductor reading a master score and cuing different themes and instruments in order to create a vision but instead you use words. You are that impressive.
Mary

Louisa created a very safe space for sharing my questions, feelings and stories around my forgiveness journey in her workshop.
She shared her vast experiences and wisdom which both expanded and comforted me. Louisa brings together such loving people and has a very calming and inclusive presence as a leader.

I’m so appreciative for the insight and assistance you have provided me. In many ways you’ve helped me find my voice. I’ve always just given in to the bullying and manipulation. And that’s what’s landed me in the situation I’m in this late in my life.

Jo R.

Investing in Embracing Forgiveness and Forging the Path has resulted in me choosing to commit to a path of forgiveness. Me choosing a path of forgiveness means I am becoming a praiser, understander, and complimentor. In my experience during this workshop Louisa did well at allowing forgiveness to be explored at infinite angles, allowing story telling as medicine and allowing autonomy!

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is this course about?

This 4-week course is designed to help you understand, explore, and apply forgiveness as a tool for personal healing and growth. Through guided discussions, practical exercises, and real-life stories, we’ll work to release resentment, transform pain, and build a pathway to inner peace.

Do I need to have a specific person I want to forgive?

Not necessarily. While many people come with specific past grievances or relationships in mind, others attend to explore and deepen their understanding of forgiveness as a whole. This course will guide you in both specific and general practices, so all are welcome.

How is this course different from therapy?

While this course offers emotional support, self-reflection, and personal growth, it is not therapy. It’s a group learning experience focused on understanding forgiveness and applying it as a life skill. This course does not replace professional counselling or mental health services.

What can I expect during the sessions?

Each week, we’ll cover a key topic through guided discussions, group reflection, and practical exercises. You’ll be invited to participate at your own pace, with no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

Is forgiveness about excusing or forgetting what happened?

No. Forgiveness is not about excusing harmful behaviour or forgetting the past. This class will guide you through understanding forgiveness as a personal healing journey, which may or may not involve the person who caused the pain.

What if I’m not ready to forgive?

That’s perfectly okay! This course meets you where you are. We create a safe, compassionate environment that supports everyone, whether you’re ready to forgive or just beginning to explore what forgiveness could look like in your life.

How will I benefit from this course?

By participating, you’ll learn strategies to help release resentment, gain insights into your own emotions, and develop empathy and compassion. Many people find that these changes lead to a deeper sense of peace, improved relationships, and increased resilience.

What happens if I can’t make all the sessions?

I encourage you to attend each session, but I understand that life happens. I can’t guarantee that sessions will be recorded, however, you and I can connect.

Can I contact you directly if I have questions during the course?

Absolutely! I’m here to support you throughout the process and I’m available for guidance to answer questions.

What do I need to bring to each session?

Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a journal for personal notes and reflections. Comfortable seating and a quiet space will help you engage fully, but no special materials are required.
